Cumulative stress. On “Homicide L.A.” (Netflix I think), a homicide detective said, “everyone has a certain number of homicides they work and they’ll know when they’re done.” I don’t know if you’re done. I’m done. I’ve been working private BPA cases in L.A. and it’s getting “cringy” and I just don’t enjoy it anymore. I’m tired of attorneys too. My last case is about to go to trial. I can’t wait for it to be done. I’m enjoying fiction writing. I’m not making money at it but I’m enjoying being creative instead of technical for once in my life.
