Crime Scene Investigator Kayla Marie walks us through a violent homicide scene where a young girl loses her life at the hands of her violent ex boyfriend. Although a restraining order was in place, it had zero help in this deadly situation. Moreover, it was a horrible scene where a mother witnessed, firsthand, the attack.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with crime scene investigator Kayla Marie as she walked me through her very first violent homicide scene. As a crime scene investigator, you always remember your first one and the sites, smells and violence behind this one I know will forever leave an impression in her memory.
