Krista is the Co-Owner and Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Property Shoppe, a boutique real estate brokerage in Ventura. Krista began her career after 10 years in the Language and Technology industries. She has since built her business on repeat clients and their referrals and she attributes her success to her ability to Lead, Guide and Protect her clients through the real estate process. She supports the community through monthly beach clean-ups, FoodShare, and VC Foster Kids by donating a portion of every closing to that cause and hosting annual fundraisers. Krista is an avid runner, loves travel, speaks French and scuba dives. She resides in Ventura with her husband, Byron, and their two children, Wesley and Faith, and enjoys close relationships with family and friends. She loves to throw last-minute dinner parties and keeps an “open door policy” with friends and neighbors alike striving to make them always feel safe, secure and loved in the Cherry household.
